Chillers and Turbocor

Chillers are our speciality, we have close to 20 year’s experience working on air and water cooled chillers from small 1.5 KW to large 3MW chillers. We have had involvement with all brands of chillers from manufacturers such as Airedale, Daikin, Carrier, Trane, Climaveneta, Geoclima, Vertiv, York, to name just a few.

Chiller maintenance doesn’t only consist of basic checks and leak checking, our senior chiller engineers will be able to advise if your chiller is running efficiently, make efficiency and compliance recommendations to make sure you are operating to the most up to date industry regulations.

• Trane CH530 Techview Software – we can provide LLID binding – replacement of Transducers and Thermistors, status and setpoints, diagnostics (active and historic), and mode overrides to all Trane chillers including the latest TD7 Touch screen Adaptive controllers.

Chiller Repairs

Our wealth of chiller experience allows us to carry out major repairs such as, evaporator, condenser and compressor replacements, major chiller over hauls, fan motor replacements, software upgrades and commissioning.

We can also offer full dilapidation reports to your onsite chiller/s.

Danfoss Turbocor

Our Danfoss trained and internally trained engineers have had many years of experience working on Turbocor compressors, with the latest Danfoss software we can maintain to manufactures standards, calibrate bearings, diagnose and replace components, install and commission new compressors across all OEM Chillers.
