Service and Maintenance

ArchAir Limited provides service and maintenance to all types of Air conditioning units providing engineering support throughout the UK and Ireland from Large water chillers to small split AC units, VRV/VRF Systems, Computer room air conditioning units (CRAC / CRAH), Fan Coil Units (FCU) and Air Handling Units (AHU).

Service and maintenance is vitally important to any air conditioning system, making sure you are F-gas compliant being top of the list, our service engineers will carry out service and maintenance to manufactures standards. Leak checking will be carried out each visit and results recorded on our electronic paperwork; the leak check confirms the integrity of the system.

An operations performance refrigerant log and or system checks for smaller units will be recorded for each contracted AC Unit, this will allow us to check the performance of each unit and make any recommendations.

Contracted clients have full access to our 24/7 365-day emergency call out services, and our technical expertise, our engineers will be onsite within an agreed timeframe.
